Greeted by a friendly, person centred, knowledgeable Lauren at Seers Park Store, who actively listened to requirements and used "sleepmatch " to suggest the most comfortable mattresses and then to look at the best design of bed to fit my requirements. Lauren was not pushy and allowed me to explore and decide. Once bed and mattress decided Lauren allowed exploration of various pillows and also offers presented and I felt happy to purchase a lightweight quilt also to suit my current requirements. We sat down , with a nice cup of tea and went through my purchases, considered savings, and arrangemnts made around my diary! I felt it had been a successful shopping experience, helped by Lauren who knew her poducts Thank You!
