Chris was very knowledgeable. We went on the machine and it said which mattresses were suitable. Our Son had a bed from u very pleased.The only thing £40 to take the bed away very expensive

We both felt that our needs were heard and the right products pointed out to us. As we went away to compare products with others on the market, we found that our preference lay in Dreams. We returned a week later. Chris remembered us, our preferred options and once again provided a high level of customer service. We are likely to return to the store if we need products in the future - this is not only due to the quality of the beds, but also due to the personal service we received.

I was served by Chet at your Shirley store, I had no idea what mattress I wanted and he answered all the questions I had and was not pushy at any point. He advised me on the best ones for my sleeping pattern and let me try them out for myself. Great customer service!
