Dreams - Solihull

Visited the store on two occasions, first to get advice on the product I was looking for and second time to purchase. Both occasions the team members were informative and friendly.

The assistant, Mark was knowledgeable about the product we chose and about the alternatives. He was there to answer our questions, but was not "hovering". On making our selection, placing the order was easy and the flexibility of delivery appreciated.

Mark at the store had a wealth of product knowledge and was very helpful. he went well above expectations and was a pleasure while we were in the store.

Visited the Solihull store and was looked after by Mark, a mature sales assistant who was knowledgeable and didn’t put you under any undue pressure. Offered a coffee and had a friendly approach and gave us plenty of time to decide our best option. Built a rapport.

Knowledgable staff who were friendly and understanding with us having three young children with us. staff were helpful and knew what we were looking for. would definitely recommend dreams to others.
