Great service from both Sandra and TK. Very knowledgable, established our needs and showed us lots of options, and gave us time to think and try out. Not pushy at all.

The store is very well laid out and the brand of mattresse that we needed had many different models to choose from.The salesman was very helpful understood our needs, suggested a few items he explained the different products very well and gave us time to try out each individual item at ease

I found the sales representative known as “TK” in the Solihull/Shirley retail park, was very thorough and professional in the way in which he conducted the whole sale process. He made us feel at ease and as you could say a service with a smile. He takes great pride in what he does. Had he not have been there we would have probably bought from your competitor (Benson Beds) a few doors away. Overall a great sales experience, all down to this fine gentleman “TK”.

I have seen your adverts many times on the TV but never actually gone into a store. Sandra in the Sears Park store was really good. She didn’t hassle me trying to help but instead was available if we needed her. She was very knowledgeable and helpful

We were welcomed into the store by Mark who was not at all “pushy” but very knowledgeable about the product we were after and overall very helpful. Nice touch making a coffee for us while we waited to pay for our order.
