Friendly & knowledgeable staff, good product, decent price in the sale. Bill who served us was a very nice man.

Asked for advice on choosing replacement mattress. Given constructive advice, based on our needs and budget, and offered time to try out various options.

Immediately on entering the store, TK had introduced himself and the products to us. The customer service was excellent! The balance between giving us time to ourselves and providing information and answers to our questions was amazing. The products were excellent quality and because of the Sleepmatch, we were able to tailor our search to the product that was perfect for us.

The sales assistant was very pleasant, helpful and gave very good information on the products I was interested in purchasing. He had a nice sense of humour and the shopping experience was second to none. My only reservation was that I wanted a particular wooden bed frame in a small double size and only standard double was available. I purchased a small double mattress but had to go elsewhere for the bed frame.

The store staff were very helpful without being pushy and assisted when required and also answered any questions we had with excellent product knowledge
