We was unable to view the item s it wasn't in your store however a very helpful colleague called around other stores to find where it was displayed. Also when ordering the item the ladies that dealt with us were extremely friendly and helpful with my children.

The ease of placing order

Bill (Solihull store, Sears retail park) was very professional and knowledgeable, he was able to answer all of my queries regarding mattress type and design and the benefit of various designs, such as closed and open spring, and a firm/medium mattress. I wanted to spend no more than £300 and Bill was quick to point out suitable mattresses within my price range, whilst indicating which mattresses had been reduced in price. Overall the customer service provided by Bill was quick, efficient and courteous whilst not being pushy.

The item I was looking for was easy to find and when we decided to order, the assistant was very approachable and processed the order quickly with no pressure or hard sell to add other options or products for a quick sale. Chatty sales man with a nice smile. Very pleased with efficient purchase
