Rick the Store Manager was excellent. Explained the benefits in a non pushy sales communication after we experienced the dreams bed recommendations. We tried a lot of mattresses with no rush. Realised after purchase my wife has student discount and he honoured this for us with no quibble. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

There was an impressive range of bed frames and mattresses in the Shirley store and Bildev, the sales assistant, was helpful and knowledgeable.

Member of staff greeted us immediately on arrival. We knew exactly what we wanted and he facilitated our purchase extremely proffessionally.

Great service from an experienced Asian Salesman who passed us to his store manager to actually complete the order process. First class service.

On arrival we were greeted very quickly by a member of staff, TK. He was polite and very helpful but was not too pushy. He was nearby whenever we had any questions, but not hovering uncomfortably close.

Prompt and pleasant service

The team members assistance made the purchase for us. Marks sound advice and time taken with us. Being able to use the mattress computer helped us confirm we are buying the right mattress. We never felt we were being sold to more being helped to make an informed decision. We had also been to Harvey and the guy never really drew breath or listen to us. Unlike Mark did at this branch!
