Service was very good. Salesperson was very helpful.

Sales assistants were not pushy. They were available when we needed them. Took time to understand what we were looking for. They were not pushy about selling the most expensive item.

Lauren was brilliant, I went in with no idea of the name but she knew which bed and mattress I was talking about straight away.

The customer service was excellent. We were not directed solely to the most expensive bed in the store. We were shown a number of options each of which were explained in detail and did not feel in any way pressured.On the whole the experience was enjoyable

Natalie who serve is was absolutely phenomenal. She understood exactly what I was after and wasn't to pushy to sell me the top end products when she knew it wasn't right for me. She was super friendly. My Mum and Dad want to buy a new mattress and will pre call to make sure they go on a day she is working.

Great staff good choice maybe to much, quick and easy ordering process
