Dreams - Solihull

We visited a site where there was another Bed Store, which we had thought would have superior deals and service. We went first to Dreams and found a bed we were very happy with and the Colleague whose name is Bill, extremely helpful. Then we explained we wanted to look around the other store. Bill was polite and said of course, ( I think he knew we would be back.) At the other store we did not find a bed equal to the one we liked at Dreams, neither did we find a salesperson who was as knowledgeable as Bill. He made us feel as if we were appreciated so we hotfooted it back to the Dreams store and bought the mattress and a super pillow.

Friendly but professional service. Different choices were clearly explained to us. Plenty of choice with prices to suit all budgets.

I have purchased previously from this store with Chris who has always gone the extra mile to accommodate our needs.

I was quickly shown the type of product I had asked about. The sales assistant was very polite and helpful. He explained the different types of matresses, insurance options and organised delivery effectively and no hard sell. I got what I wanted at a great price and convenient delivery and was served by an outstanding person. I shall be calling back again soon.

The. Colleague who helped us had very good knowledge of the product we wanted. He was extremely helpful and made the whole process simple and pleasant.

From the time we entered the store to the time we left , finding what we wanted to having a demonstration of the products , and eventually settling the administration work , we could not have wished for a better buying experience ! Faye , the assistant who served us was very polite in greeting us , very knowledgeable in explaining and showing us the different mattresses and was able to answer any questions we asked her .Then onto the other items that made up the bed ..the frame ..headboard . Then finishing with the paper work . Very well done !
