The gentleman who assisted me, TK, was extremely helpful and polite. He was very forthcoming with information but wasn't pushy at all, the perfect balance of customer service and salesmanship.

Sales person went through all the different types of mattresses allowing sufficient time for us to test them and come to a decision on which one to buy. No pressure to buy. We were offered a hot drink which we accepted.
