Good service/assistance and good range of beds at reasonable prices

the staff (TK in particular) were exceptional. very knowledgeable of the products and helpful. very friendly and personable. he gave us plenty of time to try various products was completely non-overbearing and was a pleasure to talk to.

TK the salesman was very helpful and listened to what we wanted and showed us a version of what we were initially looking at as well as an alternative which we hadn't thought of but ended up going with.

Customer service was excellent with staff on hand to help but not hasselling you to get a sale. Order process easy

I was very lucky that I saw exactly what I wanted as I entered the store. An assistant came to me very quickly and he was helpful and informative but not pushy. When I told him what I wanted he took the order and gave me all the relevant information quickly and efficiently and was able to give me a good delivery date.
