We visited our nearest showroom after a quick look on the website but were largely undecided as to what we might purchase, if anything at all. The sales assistant was very helpful and took time to discuss our requirements without being pushy in any way. He spent time showing us various products and at no time did we feel pressured into making a purchase. This was important as we were initially undecided as to what to buy. He was very helpful and attentive and certainly facilitated the purchasing process.

My mother & myself visited your Shirley store & was greeted by Bill who acknowledged our needs but left us to browse. Was available to offer advice on your products and gave us some useful information. He was very knowledgeable but not pushy. Once we had decided on the mattress he showed us to his desk & offered us a drink. The mattress was available and is being delivered very promptly. Overall a very stress free experience especially with a 97yr old mother. Thank you Bill, you’re a very courteous & respectful gentleman!

Chris who helped us was very friendly and easy to talk to. He really seemed to know hes way around and showed us all the different products and gave us the choice. I would highly recommend somebody to go to the solihull branch and ask for Chris
