Faye who seved us was brilliant . My mom is 87and suffers with Osteoporsis so Faye’s knowledge was excellant and explained which mattress would be best suited and even noticed my mom lying on certain matresses that didn’t hug her body . The decision was left to us and she only advised us, but explained how each matress was made , springs etc .

The assistant Mark was really knowledgeable, we were unsure about what mattress we wanted and he explained about all the different types really well.

Not knowing exactly what I wanted, the assistant took time and effort to explain the different types of mattresses and was very patient while I tried them all out. He also made made me a cup of tea.

We entered the store and started to look around for a double bed and headboard that would satisfy our needs. We were approached by your assistant Bill who gave us all the help we required by leading us around the store to point out the items he felt we would like. He made us feel very comfortable while we looked around and explained things and answered our questions. We then sat down with him and each enjoyed some coffee while we placed our order for a double bed, headboard, pillows and sheets. A very satisfying experience.
