I was highly satisfied having been into other stores before finding dreams, Mark was so helpful I would go to dreams the next time I need a new bed. Thank you.

The staff were very friendly and we got to pick the correct mattress for us. We were not put under any pressure to buy certain items and even given a hot chocolate!

The store assistant, TK, was really friendly, cheerful and very helpful. We used the sleepmatch analysis system in order to determine which bed was most suitable to our needs. We were impressed with the prices and the store was bright and airy, which made the experience of choosing a mattress more pleasant.

We were served by TK in the Shirley branch. He was a legend. A prince among men. Friendly, knowledgeable, handsome and generous.

Had last bed ten years ago so came back as was very pleased with last bed. Faye was not pushy but helped when needed lovely experience

Chris was very helpful, gave advice but left plenty of time for us to browse, there was no hard sell which we really appreciated.

Faye was fantastic from start to finish, she had a really warm and welcoming manor, she was paitent with me and never rushed or pushed I only wish all buying experiences was the same. I felt at ease from the minute she came over her smile was engaging and her laugh was infectious. she really took the time to establish what I wanted. She placed me on the machine which was the only downside of my experience I found that extremely uncomfortable and couldn’t want to get off. Faye offered me a latte which I accepted and she proceeded to tell me all about my bed matchs. I settled on a mattress and base without feeling pushed into anything. Fay is a credit to your store and I hope she hears about my feedback. If only the world had more Faye’s, she was a delight to deal with.

Good in store service and great delivery man, accurate and useful communications

Efficient service by the Shirley store staff who were very friendly and helpful. Got a great deal on a king size mattress and was able to look at a sofa bed although would have been nice to see more models but staff directed me to another store locally.

Mark was very welcoming .. knowledgeable about the product and not at all pushy . He made our purchase very easy and despite the item we had chosen not being in the sale he offered free delivery and four free pillows which were a welcome bonus and eased the decision to pay full price for a product that we may have found at sale prices elsewhere.. my daughter and I left the shop saying ‘what a nice man!’
