I found the team extremely friendly and really helpful. I was impressed!

Lauren the assistant went out of her way to make the experience of choosing a bed an enjoyable exercise. Her product knowledge gave us the confidence that we had made the correct selection of mattress and base. She was polite, attentive, she listened to what we wanted, in all a very professional approach.
