I only came in for a look around before I made my mind up. I had the intention of visiting other stores however your shop assistant was just helpful and knowledgeable I purchased from you there and then. I made a little error by buying the lower price mattress but I will go int=o the store today and upgrade.

Adam was extremely knowledgeable about the things he was selling. He spent a long time ensuring the bed and mattress we bought were exactly the right ones for us.

The assistant Lauren was very helpful and nothing was to much trouble for her. It was so good to be able to try the beds out for comfort I will use this store agane.

Polite friendly staff with good knowledge of product

Very friendly and informative staff, left us to look around but were readily available when we needed them. Enough choice to not feel overwhelmed and lots of mattresses to try out including the software that chose the right mattress for us.

The assistant Adam was so helpful. Explained how all the beds work and nothing was a problem for him. Answered all our questioned and his information of your company was excellent.
