Staff were very helpful and couldn’t do enough for us we were very undecided but the staff helped us through it and we came out very satisfied with our purchase

I was looking for a guest bed mattress and Adam took me to exactly the type of mattress and price range I was looking for. His product knowledge was excellent and our visit was treated very efficiently.

I dealt with three people on the two occasions I visited and they were all great. I bought a memory foam pillow as my neck has been hurting, everyone was super helpful, really friendly and very knowledgable about the products. Shortly after my first visit I realised I wanted a cool touch so popped back in and and changed it real easy. The week after I decided I wanted another one for the other side so went back in and made a second purchase, again the experience was seamless and the guys made it easy for me :) Soon I'll be looking to change my mattress and for sure I'll come back to Dreams.

Adam was very helpful, knowledgeable but without being pushy. He gave very good advice and didn’t rush us. We spent twice as much money as we thought we were going to but are extremely happy with our purchase. We thought the machine that calculates the best mattresses for you was brilliant. We have always had problems choosing pillows but ADam listened to our problems and needs and advised on the pillow most suitable for us and we were able to test it out.
