The assistant Jayne was very knowledgeable explained to me the best mattress suitable for me , took time , didn't rush me even though it was nearly closing time , I went on the dream caster and found that very interesting , had a nice coffee and found the whole experience a pleasant one .

Mark was very knowledgable and came across as been very trustworthy

Jayne assisted me with purchasing a mattress for my daughter who has back problems they did sleepmatch with us let us lie on a wide range of mattresses giving us pillows as well for proper comfort nothing was to much trouble and no rush also they gave us a hot drink and stayed with us until we found a mattress we was happy with we then found the right mattress for my daughter and purchased it.we was very happy with the price and free delivery.excellent customer service 😀

Jaybe at the shirley store was very good and helpful in choosing a new mattress which was found after a go on the sleep match machine nice strong tee went down a treat as well All in all a very good shopping trip

We were blown away by the service provided by store assistant Mark. He was genuine, polite, knowledgeable, kind and a thoroughly nice person. He took all of our needs on board and was able to find us the perfect product. We came away completely satisfied. Mark and his team are a credit to the store.
