The service we received was excellent Chris had excellent knowledge and helped us make a decision on the right mattress for us, his service was second to none. After a very bad experience of poor customer service and rudeness in Bensons Bed, it was so nice to walk into dreams and be greeted with a smile offered a drink and have time spent with us, this was Excellent customer service and how it should be when making a big purchase

We were seen to the moment we entered the store and Bill listened to our needs and then tried his utmost to meet those. We experienced the bed with the software attached and were shown a few beds to try and were given time to try these and not rushed.

Staff were efficient, knowledgable and friendly. There was no pressure to buy. The assistant (Lauren) took note of the budget I was working with and tried to help me work within it. I was given ample time to browse and consider my various options without constant chat from the staff.

The Dreams assistant Mark was very knowledgable, polite and friendly. He suggested we try the Sleepmatch which was really useful in helping us decide what sort of mattress to try out. He spent plenty of time with us to ensure that we were able to try out plenty of mattresses to see which we liked. He was not pushy for a sale and gave us time alone to further peruse the selection of beds and mattresses. We were offered beverages and the store was very clean.

The main reason for been highly satisfied was the member of staff who severed us he was not pushy or in our face but sat back waited until we requested assistance and was very friendly and helpful

Bill the sales rep was friendly, and very knowledgeable. He took his time with us and showed us a variety of products within our budget. I felt like a valued customer.
