Dreams - Solihull

Sleep is the key human need. Mattress selection is key to that. I had a computerised 'Sleepmatch' assessment to help me be more confident that my purchase would not be unwise. The performance of Dreams staff Lauren was perfect and she was completely in tune with my needs.

Well as you see, I had a bloomin' perfect experience. I don't think I've slept normally for years; just got used to my own experience. Total knee replacement 2 weeks ago pushed me over the edge to be more comfortable at night. Phoned Silent Night and wasn't impressed. Phoned Lauren, Dreams in Shirley and what I got back was a comforting, not pushy personal invitation to come and see her. 1 hour later I met her hoping not to spend more than £400 on a mattress! (And that's a lot of dosh to me, retired NHS!) I "sleep" on a single bed in my snoring room (next to flight simulator; underneath Sopwith Camel propeller). Lauren put me straight on a bed and started a computerised analysis; and then onto the recommended bed. The whole experience was unbelievably pleasurable AND educative! Just a while later, as I hobbled out on crutches I thought "blimey, I've just spent £1200! ….. but it is definitely the right thing to do ….. I don't mind!"

Sales person was helpful and knowledgeable, at no point tried to push us towards any of the options, he listened to what we said and provided options based on what we had said about some of the products.

Excellent knowledgable polite service both in the store and when your team turned up and delivered the products. Really good texting system that narrowed down delivery time so I could plan my day accordingly. First rate 👍

The gentleman we were served by was very knowledgable . He was very polite and we were offered a very nice coffee while we were there, he gave us his, name, when he introduced himself, Bill, Would recommend the Solihull, mark &Christine Welsh.

Mark was knowleable about the products and showed extreme patience whilst we were trying to decide on a product. He offered a drink that was very needed considering the time we were there.

The person we dealt with was very friendly and knowledgeable, we were not put under any pressure to purchase. After an initial evaluation of our requirements using the Dreams analysis machine and given a recommendation of 4 mattresses suitable for my wife and myself. The mattress we finally selected was one which we both felt suited our needs best. The availability and delivery time were also very satisfactory and felt we had made a good choice.

Chris was extremely helpful and demonstrated exceptional knowledge when showing my partner and I different mattresses. We had our two children with us and Chris took time to interact with our 2 year old and even pushed our 6 month old round the store as we were trying the mattresses out. Our 2 year old had an accident in the store and Chris was more than understanding and was very helpful.
