Staff helpful without being too pushy to sell. Staff had time to discuss requirements and talk through options. Was happy to accept when we didn't like options. Lots of choice and several offers in store.

Staff are brilliant. We had a really positive experience last time and returned. Mark was great, not pushy and really friendly and helpful. Really put us at ease.

Excellent service and knowledge, helpful and efficient

Mark was very knowledgeable about the products, and took time to explain the mattress grading and suitability for me. There was no sales pressure either and the 40 day replace/exchange policy is a bonus.

We walked into the store wanting a single bed but with none on display we were unsure where to start. Natalie came over immediately and put us at ease, asking questions about what we wanted & even doing sleep match for my husband as the single/spare bed would be mostly for him. She had excellent knowledge and we didn't feel pressured or rushed at all. I would definitely return to this store in the future.

Chet, was approachable, he explained everything in detail and spent time joking with my young daughter. He showed me how to decide on the right mattress and used a machine to confirm it. Then tried to get another item for my daughter but that was not in stock. Overall one of the best experiences in a store, not just Dreams
