As soon as we walked into store Lauren approached us and asked if we needed help. We explained our needs and she showed us a range of products to best suit them and understood completely what we were looking for. We went in the next week and she remembered us and approached us straight away to see what we'd decided and put the order through at a very efficient pace. Totally satisfied with the service she provided and would recommend people to ask for her on their next visit.

I was able to look at the beds at my own speed and if I wanted t be left alone I was. Having been in 2 of your stores, the service received was Consistent and faultless.

I had to purchase a mattress for my daughter and a full bed set for my son - hefty on the purse strings. Chris was friendly and approached us to offer his help which was great. He was brilliant with my daughter and got her trying out each type of mattress until she was happy. He also took into account my budget!! Easy to order, quick delivery time (extra happy daughter!), relaxed and enjoyable shopping experience - even offered a cuppa. Would highly recommend this store and Chris

Very friendly, professional, knowledgable staff who were able to deal with our queries, doubts and needs. We were acknowledged when we arrived, offered a beverage and given time to browse without being pressurised into a sale. When we needed assistance, staff were readily available to help. Our mattress was in stock and was delivered less than a week later. The delivery guys were pleasant, friendly and efficient.
