Because I purchased the bed that I wanted for a reasonable price, still over my budget but very pleased with the service I was given which was the main reason I was willing to spend just that extra bit more. I got treated very well by Chris who I visited numerous times before placing my order this afternoon. He was willing to spend time showing me around, gave me various options and didn't apply any pressure on buying a bed, which is what I was finding at other stores (Not dreams!) Happy with the speed of the sale, had a nice latte whilst waiting for all the paper work to be completed which was perfect since I had such a busy morning and a quick delivery date which is what I also was looking for when purchasing this bed. Very pleased and will definitely recommend Dreams Solihull and Chris to friends and family who are also looking to purchase beds and furniture.

I was very happy with my experience today at Dreams. Bill was really friendly and helpful and helped me to select the right mattress for the right price. The complimentary coffee was an added bonus.

We knew we wanted a Hypnos bed and had visited several shops. We only called in to have a look however, Mark and Lauren were exceptional, and we ordered. They made the whole experience a pleasure. They were very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Would definitely return

Christopher in your shirley branch was very helpful. We are moving into a new home soon and have brought alot of furniture lately and have experienced alot of pushy sales men. Christopher wasnt at all like that and gave good advice when needed. We dont have have an exact moving in date but Christopher was really helpful and will manage this for us so the items we ordered will arrive when we need them. We only went in for a bed but decided when we were there to buy a sofa bed aswell.... this was largely down to Christopher and how he dealt with us. Can you please pass out thanks on to him.
