The Sales Assistant (Lauren) was very knowledgeable, friendly and gave me some very useful pointers in choosing my mattress.

It was so easy - the salesperson was friendly, knowledgable and efficient, left with exactly what I needed - the reason I was ‘neither satisfied or dissatisfied with the delivery quote’ is because it doesn’t need delivering it is a mattress in the bag I just took it away with me

The service received from Mark was excellent because he made sure he understood what we were looking for in both the bed and mattress. When I returned to say that my budget was smaller than the products we first looked at he was able to recommend alternatives. On my final visit to place the order Mark was not there but his collegues made sure that the good service continued and put his name to the order which I was very impressed with.

Very helpful staff and very friendly . Going into a shop with 3 young children can be hard but had a great experience and felt very welcome and at ease during our visit .
