Dreams - Solihull

There was no hard sell during our visit to the store, we found the assistant to be very knowlegable with no hard sell. The assistant was very easy to talk to, I do not enjoy shopping but much enjoyed my time spent in Dreams on Saturday.

Shop assistant, Mark, could not have been more helpful. He really went out of his way to find us a solution to our delivery problem. We were pleased to find a suitable mattress within our price range. Whether it will be confortable only time will tell !

This was ,my secpnd visit, the assistant knew exactly what I required, and helped me to process the order

I spoke with a person called Nick in customer service, and explained I needed the order as quick as possible due to me exporting the items abroad for my new house. I left it with him, he kept in contact with me at all times, he arranged for me to pay through the solihull branch over the phone, and then he arranged for me to pick my order up from the warehouse 2 days later. First class service.

Chris was very helpful but not pushy. He answered all our questions, gave us advice and then left us alone to continue testing the mattresses. He came back periodically to check on us. Perfect customer service.

We were approached quickly when we entered the store,offered abed check to see what sort of mattress was recommended! Shown a variety of beds, given useful information then given time to try beds. Lauren was very helpful but not pushy! She offered advice and mattresses would e may like!We were given a cool pillow to try on the cool mattress! Very satisfied with selection available and Lauren’s helpful advice and service! Store was clean well lit and beds not too close together!
