Excellent product and price range. Bill's knowledge of the products was first rate, he took a good amount of time to understand what we wanted and why we wanted it and then matched us to the correct product.

Initial contact with assistant was extremely helpful, but not intrusive. We were not ‘followed’ round the store, but were immediately supported once we’d ‘stopped’ & were very happy with that support.

The sales assistant Lauren was very good she listened to what we wanted, gave us time to look around the store, (she didn't follow us around which I hate) she wasn't even put out when we said we were going to look at another shop,she also didn't say anything bad about the other shop which some assistants do to stop you going,she was confident we would return and we did. She was polite, friendly and I would shop there again. You need a Lauren in every branch of Dreams l

Staff were very helpful as always and gave clear and accurate information when asked. Going through the credit application was straight forward and time efficient.

Really good customer service, Mark who works in your Shirley store is a credit to you, he has great product knowledge and made the whole process really easy. We had been to many competitors before going to dreams and wish we had started there first.
