Great service from Mark at Dreams Solihull. Very patient and friendly and fantastic customer service.

As soon as we entered the store we were greeted by Mark, he explained to us the sleep match bed and we could have a go, he also offered us some tea or coffee. We then looked around to find a bed we liked, we went back to Mark who then set up the sleep match bed for us to find our perfect mattress, he also gave us some of the tempura pillows to try. We then tried a couple of the recommend mattresses until we found one we loved, we then purchased this along side the pillows which we found extremely comfortable, and also the bed, bedside tables and ottoman box to complete our new bedroom set.

This purchase was made to replace an a purchase made with you earlier in the year which turned out to be less than satisfactory. The previous purchase turned out to be far too soft for my ageing back, even following the Sleep-watch test. Hopefully the new purchase will result in a better sleep pattern. Your colleague Lauren was very attentive to my needs and guided me through the buying process.

We only popped into the store to look but the staff were so helpful and friendly. Not at all pushy to make a sale. It was a big expense for us and they asked all the right questions for us to make the right choice.

Because the assistant was very helpful but not pushy, he was great! We come away really pleased with the service and with our purchase! We have already recommended to family who are now visiting the store later in the week.
