The assistant was helpful, gave advice whilst also listening to our needs. We also had our children with us, which is usually hassle, but the assistant was extremely tolerant of the children and seemed un-phased by them. The assistant gave the impression that nothing was too much trouble for her.

We was seen by Chet at Solihull Retail Park, he was extremely knowledgable and took us through the procedure of purchasing a new good quality mattress.. we were placed on the bed machine and then he talked us through all our options. Nothing was too much trouble - he even offered us a cup of coffee! We would highly recommend this store for all your bed requirements. A big thank you to Chet.

Found store assistant very knowledgeable and friendly. Have previously shopped with Dreams but then we list the store in our area so went to Bensons for beds and found assistants very pushy. So we have travelled 30 miles to get to a store. Very pleased with experience and hopefully with the forthcoming product. Pleased we have a 40 night exchange option if we really need it

Just getting over recent spout of sciatica & needed to up-grade to a more functional mattress for back issues. The assistant who served us also suffers with the same condition so was very helpful in understanding our needs.
