Lauren was lovely, very friendly, not over pushy. Polite, knowledgeable and courteous at all times.

Full explanation of range of beds shown after listening to introductory message. Full explanation of mattress materials used. Comprehensive discussion on how one prefers to lie down,curled up, on your side etc. Discussion on pillows informative. Unlimited time allocated to show all appropriate beds and discussion on storage. Overall very comprehensive service together with a very reasonable delivery slot. Very helpful to have old bed/furniture taken away. Impressed.

Seen and assisted straight away explained what we wanted and they were able to meet our needs within our budget. Very quick to sort out and delivery slot within a week which is brilliant! Lady who served us was pleasant offered us a drink great service!

The man who served me was really nice and knowledgeable. He had a very relaxed approach and made me feel comfortable in trying to beds and finding my ideal mattress. I was looking for a new mattress but I had no intention of buying but due to the great service I received I ended up buying it right away without a doubt. The man was middle aged and I didn’t catch his name but he did mention he’s worked there for years. He was very kind and and helpful and made it easy for me to find my perfect mattress. I’m looking forward to it arriving. Also they were hoovering the store constantly ensuring cleanliness. I really have never had good service from anyone before like I received from the man who served me. Very happy

I was immediately greeted when I entered and was given the space I needed to browse and make my decision before I spoke to a member of staff. When I was ready Elizabeth was attentive and listened to me as I discussed what I wanted. She conducted my sleep match very efficiently and was very patient and knowledgeable as I made up my mind as to which mattress I wanted. When I had decided she processed my order efficiently and effectively. At all points through my visit I felt secure and safe and it made for a very pleasant visit.

Mark was incredibly welcoming, friendly and helpful. The sleep match was also a great part of my experience and enabled me to find the perfect mattress with Mark’s help.
