The staff was very good and friendly know what sort of mattresses we need as soon as I told him what bed we have. Price was good delivery was excellent and on time for us.

Purchased divan base, mattress and headboard from Solihull store. The jewel in the crown is LAUREN who looked after us very well, she knew the products, provided excellent advice and made the whole experience easy and pleasurable. Lauren is an asset to your organisation, please pass my thanks to her. I hope you have a staff recognition programme, for which I would nominate Lauren.

Lauren was very helpful and understood our needs. She is very knowledgeable about the products beds and mattresses that she explained all ranges of beds and mattresses without judging. After explaining to her our needs she became specific in the range that we were interested in without being pushy and sometimes left us to have a discussion on our own. Will definitely return when shopping for the master bedroom. Lauren is a star in her job.

This is the second time we have been to Dreams and on both occasions we have always found what we are looking for at the right price. The staff are always attentive, helpful and friendly. They always listen to you requirements and explain and advise on your options. They are always a dream to deal with!!

MY daughter myself and my husband were served by a lovely lady who was so helpful kind and understanding especially as my husband has dementia .Bying new items can be very stressful for him but the lady took her time with us LAUREN WAS REALLY BRILIANT well done LAUREN .Thank you so much
