I was searching for an ottoman bed. I was approached by one of your employees who was fantastic at helping me find not only the right bed, but the right mattress without rushing me.

Lauren was fantastic and answered all our questions and concerns very professionally. Her product knowledge was outstanding topped off with a nice cup of coffee when placing the order

The sales advisor CHET was really helpful and friendly. Listened to our needs and found suitable products. Our first choice of product isn't available and with our second choice the matching ottoman is not available at this time but, on speaking with the manager, they have stated that if we wait a little longer we can receive the products we have chosen, the bed frame, matching storage ottoman and mattress. We are happy to wait to get the items we require and have secured this purchase with a deposit today which also ensured we got the deposit on our chosen mattress. Really helpful, friendly and not a pushy salesman.

I was able to engage with members of staff as soon as I entered the store. They were courteous and helpful, and they listened carefully to what I had to say. The Salesperson was polite, efficient and knowledgeable, explained the product carefully and made sure that I understood the details and procedures. Altogether this was a good shopping experience.

Lauren looked after Us being friendly and knowledgeable but without being pushy.

When I visited the Sears Retail Park branch I was just "window shopping" following my research online. I wanted to view and test the difference in the quality of mattresses. The asssiatant Mark was very helpful. He set up my chance to try the Sleepmatch. And once the firmness suggested for me, was identified he showed me a selection of mattresses and divans for me to try out and to consider. His product knowledge and advice was excellent. There was no pressure to buy - just a concern to give me enough information. I was so convinced by what I heard and saw I made my decision and within less than half an hour I made my purchase of a Slumberland double divan bed - excellent service and products.
