Dreams - Solihull

Rick at Solihull retail park was great, plenty of information but not pushy,just really helpful so a couple of days later when I decided I wanted a new headboard to go with my new mattress this was my first port of call and found exactly what I wanted and whats more it was half price and Rick managed to get it put on the same delivery as my mattress so I got both delivered this morning in the allocated time slot by 2 lovely lads.All done in 6 days from first going in and my old mattress removed.Very iimpressed,thank you ..

Really helpful members of staff, when we visited the first time there was no pushy sales pitch and only helpful advice from the salesman. On our final visit we had a helpful salesman who clarified our questions and made the purchase very easy.

The salesperson was friendly and efficient.

We didn’t know what we were looking for other than that we wanted a new bed and mattress and the sale woman was very knowledgeable and helpful in narrowing down what we wanted and helping us find something we both were happy with

Mark was very helpful. He introduced us to the sleep analysis bed which my daughter tried and thought was amazing. He showed us a great range of beds, offered us a drink and was great engaging with my teenage daughter. She can’t wait for her new bed
