Chris at dreams Solihull was patient and helpful and we look forward to receiving our order.

We were served by Christopher who was most accommodating, answered our questions, took the time to provide a good service and, while we were trying the Sleep Match service, he also entertained our two kids (aged 6 and 3).

Very happy with the help we had very knowledgeable, very staff where very pleasant.

It was easy to find and we had very good sales assistance from Natalie

Mark was very helpful. We were welcomed as soon as we entered the store. He gave us the information we needed to make a decision without being pushy. The cup of coffee was appreciated and we enjoyed our experience on the mattress testing bed although we bought a firmer mattress than recommended. It's a pity we don't need another bed at the moment!

I visited the Sears Retail Store in Solihull and was left to browse then approached by a gentleman called Mark who was very knowledgeable, I purchased 2 single mattresses thatwere at half price and needed them really asap so I was pleased when Mark was able to secure a delivery for this saturday morning .. So very please with the service I received and yes would recommend Dreams ..

Mark from Shirley/solihull store was so helpful he offered me a drink and i had a go on the sleep match machine and then with my results showed me all the mattresses available he was so helpful and very friendly
