Natalie took her time to understand all my needs when choosing a mattress as I’ve been having awful back pain when sleeping. After going on the sleep analysis she went through my results thoroughly and showed me all the mattress that came up and let me take my time trying each one and then going back and re-testing them. She talked me through all the benefits of each type of mattress and explained how each one could benefit me. She was able to answer any questions I had and was overall extremely friendly and helpful. When coming to he finance options for my products she worked with me to suit my own needs and what payments would work best for me. The whole time I was there Natalie did not rush me and was patient with me whilst I tried multiple mattresses. She couldn’t of done more for me to help me find the perfect mattress.

Wasnt pushed to buy anything, wasnt rushed by Natalie and was given plenty of information

The overall experience was very good, however after spending almost £1000 on Friday was dismayed to pass the store on Saturday to see the offer of 10% off orders over £750, so if we had been advised of this we could have saved almost £100. Thus took the gloss off what would have been a great experience with Dreams and your colleagues.

Our salesperson was Natalie and she was very helpful, very thoughtful, tried to find the best option for us in all circumstances. Highly recommended professional.
