Assistant was very friendly and helpful, knew the products and gave good advice

Had assistance almost immediately but nothing too pushy. Told the assistant exactly what we were looking for, used the test bed and the assistant Chris told us which mattress would be best suited for our needs. We tried a couple and narrowed options Dow to two mattresses we had a good idea of the frame we wanted so all in all quick and easy experience in what could have been a bed minefield without direction from Chris

Lauren was fantastic and made the whole process easy and informative and enjoyable. She was attentive throughout and her advice was brilliant. Her knowledge of the all the products and there suitability to us was really professional. She’s a real asset to The Dreams team.

The sales consultant, Christopher @ Shirley store, was very patient and certainly helped us with choosing what I hope will be our ‘Dream’ bed. We weren’t pounced on as soon as walked in to the store (something that really gets me immediately ready to walk back out again) but when we needed help, Christopher was there for us with great advice. Would certainly recommend Dreams, based on our experience.

Had chance to try many mattresses recommended by machine. Assistant was very patient and let me try different ones till I was satisfied.

I was highly satisfied but as a single full time working person ! When I was advised that I would need to pay a fee for an am/pm call I was rather disgruntled having just paid £700 for a mattress ! I have booked the 6th as I have half a day but am slightly concerned if times overlap !
