Dreams - Solihull

While looking for a specific type of bed, every time I went into the store I always received wonderful service which resulted in me choosing Dreams above all the other stores to buy my bed.

The shop was bright and welcoming. We were greeted as we entered the store and the staff were friendly. We were allowed time to browse and then approached by Mark, he suggested that we try the Sleepmatch so we could choose the correct type of mattress. After that he gave us a pillow each and encouraged us to try out the beds. he even bought us over a hot drink. Once we had decided on which mattress we wanted he put our order though with no fuss. Our delivery date was for the following week which is brilliant. Mark told us about the service where we can have our old mattress taken away. So all in all hassel free and we felt looked after during our visit. Thank you.

Today I was given all the correct information about each type of mattress by Lauren therefore I was able to buy the right type of mattress for myself. I also was given a good deal when buying the mattress and was given the best advice on how to keep the mattress in a good condition.

Assistant was very helpful. Told her what we were looking for. She advise and took to us to show what bed was most suitable for price and quality we wanted to pay. We were in and out the store quite promptly. Which was a bonus for my husband.

Got product I wanted and help deciding on colour. Only disappointment only needed base for bed this time and told they are never discounted.
