Lauren was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable meaning our questions were answered quickly and without applying pressure to purchase. When my partner and I wanted to discuss our options we were left to do so and when we were ready to move forward with our purchase Lauren was on hand to facilitate this.

Although we had a pretty good idea as to what we wanted, we were well advised by the "Dreams Colleague", Chris. The use of the "Bedmatch" was quite an experience and confirmed Chris's advice and our requirements. At no time was there any pressure to buy - a big plus point.
