Lauren in store was extremely attentive and having listen to my specification was able to offer me a choice of mattresses to suit my needs. She was very patient and advised me appropriately enabling my purchase to be quick and easy.

I had seen products online and wanted to see them in store so I knew what I was buying. The assistant was very friendly and helpful and although it was near the end of the night she didn’t rush me into making a decision.

Team assisted me with my queries - I was quite specific in what I wanted & the team recognised that and didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t want.
