Dreams - Solihull

We were guided through the Solihull store by Lauren who works there. She was very friendly, to the point when we wanted her to be, and found us the perfect bed, mattress and other bits that we bought. Really good experience, which isn't common for us as salespeople usually annoy us greatly. She did a great job.

The staff at Dreams Solihull weren’t too pushy when we first arrived. But when we wanted assistance they came immediately. Our salesman was very helpful, good product knowledge and left us alone to try out the 5 options he recommended for our new mattress. Delivery time quoted was a very pleasant surprise (just over 8 days). The delivery drivers were brilliant. Very courteous, took their shoes off. Placed the mattress on the bed and took away the plastic wrapping.

After booking an appointment at kings Heath we arrived to find it had closed. We rang up Solihull and a cheerful and apologetic Lauren answered and reassured us that it was no problem to come over and she would help us out. I was taking my dad to get a new mattress as my mum had died suddenly and unexpectedly a few days before and the body does what the body does after the soul has left and unfortunately the mattresses was unusable. After being married for 49 years it was a hard and emotional task of buying a new bed and the thought of sleeping on his own for the first time in what felt like forever. Lauren made us feel very welcome and at ease and made a very difficult first outing, shopping trip and emotional task feel very safe. Thanks Lauren. I can’t thank you enough for helping us in more ways than one. She helped with fining out our needs, offered us coffee, matched him to the right bed, offered us a range of other services like taking away the old stuff and talked us through all the costing and explained and took the time to be very patient with my 70 year old dad who was obviously a little distracted. Lauren is definitely an asset to the store and to the company.

The young lady Lauren was fantastic we spoke to her on entering the store and took us through the stages of ordering 2 beds for my daughters most efficient and happy to look after us which was nice

Matt really spent alot of time with us on the Thursday but as I suffer with spinal issues and was in pain we went home. We went back the following day and ordered the bed, pillows and mattress cover. Very helpful assistant but it took far to long to do the interest free finance so we gave up and paid the amount on a card.

I was greeted instore by 2 members of staff . I looked around at various beds and a staff member asked if i needed any help . The store colleague who served me was Mark ( 15315 ).He was very friendly and helpful .He offered me a drink and he answered all my questions and was extremely patient when i kept going from 1 bed to another trying them . I used the scientific bed thing which i found helpful . He was knowledgeable about the different types of mattress and was not "pushy " or in a hurry . I would not hesitate to use this branch of Dreams again or to recommend them to others . Mark is a real asset to your company , i have visited other bed stores with " couldnt care less " staff and totally misleading promotions and posters .
