Lauren was super helpful and knowledgeable, she was polite and friendly and knew when to leave us alone for a finance chat and when to ask if we needed more help. She got the kids hot chocolates when we were dealing with paperwork which helped too!

Staff were very friendly. The service was quick.

Your customer assistant was very attentive and made my wife and I feel as though we were the only people in the store. He recommended that we try the "sleepmatch" machine and then took us to several types of mattress for us to try. We were under no pressure to decide, he just waited patiently and answered all of our questions. Overall, a very pleasant sales experience - Thanks and well done Chet!

As customer I told the assistant exactly what I wanted and my budget. I had been assessed on the sampler bed. 3 matresses were within my range and I made my choice. The whole transaction was quick and satisfactory.

The assistant was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He listened to our needs and gave appropriate advice without being pushy. He showed us various options and was on hand for questions whilst giving us time to consider our choice and discuss between us. The paperwork was quick and efficient and overall a really great experience.

Service was great, we were given advice when we asked, we felt we could try as many beds as we needed to, to find the right one for us.
