Natalie the sales assistant was lovely. She showed me the sleep match machine and was very helpful and friendly, so much so that I travelled back the week after so I could buy from her as she was so helpful. When I walked in the second time she recognised me and walked straight over and asked how I was. Great service!!!

It's a god send when somebody takes their time with you and makes you feel important. Wasnt pushed wasnt spoken to out of line. Was treated like a human. Lauren is a star. She is kind and compassionate and very honest. To have that type of attitude in the job she does is remarkable. She was very attentive and very supportive. She is unbelievable and a amazing young lady. Would recommend her to anyone. To be served by someone who fought for our country was an honor. Great job keep smiling and never give up. Your brilliant
