On my initial visit MOLLY was most helpful. I was looking both to refurbish a guest bedroom and purchase a top matrass for my own bed. Some regular visitors need a fairly solid matrass for mobility reasons. I received every help and understanding. My initial contact was with MOLLY and I was given literature, prices and measurements as I live in a small bungalow. On return to place the order JAMES was also most friendly and helpful

I had a specific requirement and was directed to beds which met this criteria without have to hunt around the showroom. The sales person understood my requirement and was most helpful.

Staff were lovely, we were looked after by Natalie at sears retail park Solihull and when we returned the lovely lady with tattoo that completed the order of us. They both had excellent product knowledge and knew, about all the beds fabrics colours and functions... Real experts. Clear on prices which were fantastic and we're shown quite a few beds so lots of choice. Extremely attentive and respectful but good fun also. Before placing the order we went to bensons next door... Service was appauling so we swiftly walked out to place order with yourselves which I waS confident we would do anyway. Bensons didn't have any of the beds we wanted to see either. Service and respect is very important. Thank you and congratulations for having such great staff. You should do something special for Natalie and the tattoo lady or let them know their great service has been recognised. Thank you.

The lady who served us, Natalie, was very welcoming and interested in what we were after. We took our two young children and while we were testing the beds she was keeping an eye on them. Which is lovely. She knew exactly what we were after and her knowledge of the products was very good. She recommended extra products that we might like aswell. When we placed the order, she went through everything that we needed to know about delivery and how to recycle the old mattress. We then found out she was still in her probation! To me she was outstanding and is a good representative for Dreams. Please can you relay my feedback to Natalie. Thank you

We were served in shirley store by Natalie, she was able to answer our questions and support us with our purchase despite being new and working through her promotion (if she hadn't told us we would have assumed she'd been doing it for years)

I was fearful that we would be pounced on with the pressure sale as soon as we entered the store (which has happened in other bed stores) but this wasn’t the case. We were greeted with a friendly hello and allowed to mooch around the store. A very friendly young man asked us if we would like a drink and also asked if we would like to have a go on the sleep match machine which we did. Once we had our results, a lovely lady called Natalie explained the results to us and showed us the recommended beds, explaining the way they were all made and the differences between them. There was never any pressure to buy (let alone buy the recommended beds). Natalie was very patient with me faffing about trying what seemed like all the mattresses as I couldn’t make up my mind! Once I had finally decided, it took just a few minutes to place the order and it was a nice, easy and smooth process.

The quality of the mattress and bed frames from here are excellent and the staff are very helpful and polite. The sales assistant who helped me called Natalie was very friendly and helpful. Thankyou.
