Dreams - Solihull

As I walked around the ground floor of the shop I was approached by Natalie in shop 315 at Solihull retail park. I explained l wanted a single bed with a mattress under it to slide out for guests. She took me upstairs and showed me the two choices and explained how they worked. She could not have been more helpful and her knowledge was excellent. We went downstairs to complete the paperwork and for her to take payment. She made me a cup of coffee which was very welcome. Delivery was arranged for nine days time plus disposable of the old bed. Natalie was just delightful, and so helpful. She has a delightful manner. She is a credit to your training schemes

We had a lovely experience with Chetan he was very knowledgeable and helpful. He understood what we were looking for and had lots of product knowledge . He was approachable and friendly I would recommend friends and family to go and speak to him.

I was highly satisfied because an assistant came to me straight away to take me to the correct section of the store. She explained all the facts about the product I wad interested in and showed me how it worked. While she sorted out the order she gave me a cup of coffee.

The assistant, Natalie from Solihull, was very good. The sleep works tool to find the right mattress was brilliant and the flash sale saved us a lot of money. Was also very impressed with the new eco mattress using plastic from the sea (amazing idea)

Friendly service attentive and helpful staff member

Friendly staff helped my hard of hearing dad to purchase his bed. Nothing was too much trouble and the man (I don’t remember his name?) spend time listening to his needs

Pleasant staff, nice cup of coffee, answered all questions, very knowledable assistant.

Simple process, didn’t feel hassled

Everything was clearly either explained or demonstrated. The assistant who assisted me, “Natalie “ had excellent product knowledge and was very considerate of my mobility issues, all in all a very happy experience.

Very knowledgeable staff, lots of choice to choose from aimed at my price range. I particularly liked the 3D scanning technology which allowed me to find a mattress tailored to me
