Chris was extremely helpful, you had the products we wanted and the ordering process was very smooth.

The person who served us was superb. We also looked in Bensons for Beds but the care and time taken by Dreams was far superior, particularly when choosing the mattress. The product knowledge was also very impressive. We will definitely be going back to Dreams to buy a bed for our guest room in the near future.

I just loved how knowledgeable the assistant was and patient with us as we tried all the different beds and kept asking lots of questions, he wasn't pushy, he just helped us make a really difficult decision an easy one, we came in this time last year and walked out without purchasing anything as didn't have a great experience, so we thought we would give it one more go....and boy we are glad we did....we were wowed by the sleepmatch, great idea

Natalie was great, very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Helped explain why and what mattress would suit us best.

Lauren who served us was lovely. Nothing was too much bother. She knew what she was talking about, which was useful. She also didn't give a hard sell, which I find off-putting in a store.

The sales assistant, Lauren, listened to what we wanted and offered a wide choice. She was very knowledgeable and offered us options that were suitable for us

The assistant Rick, who turned out to be the store manager, was quick to approach us, despite being engaged at his desk working, very professional and knowledgeable covered all our options [we were replacing a bed purchased from Dreams in 2009]. We were offered coffee and given the 'Sleepmatch" experience.

Greeted and offered a coffee and when I tried mattresses out was offered a pillow to use. Given help in determining choice of mattress without being pressurised.
