Sales staff product knowledge was excellent, mattress finder experience was great. Sales staff weren't to pushy and left us alone to compare recommended mattresses, without us feeling abandoned

We were greeted warmly by the member of staff who took us through a range of options as we as suggesting others that we’d not considered and explained the product range and the various pricing structures.

I visited the store with my young child to purchase a new child’s single mattresses. Natalie served us and was brilliant with my son, keeping him involved and interested. Also very knowledgable and new which products to recommend based on my needs

Natalie was fab, she was very helpful an knew what she was talking about to help us find the right mattress in our price range.

Natalie or sales person, from start was very professional, friendly, and helpful, we were not intending to actually purchase that day but we were convinced by her, would definitely return to Natalie again.

Mark was extremely helpful and listened to what our needs were, he never rushed us and offered great product knowledge and a drink if we wanted one. We both came away saying how helpful Mark had been and how he made the whole process easier for us.

Lauren was very informative and helpful and made a fantastic coffee. Left us to think about what we wanted after she had matched us to a mattress. Advised us on purchasing bedding etc. Nice to be served by someone who has a passion for beds!
