The member of staff that served us was extremely helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and polite. We were served with comfort and ease, nothing was too much trouble!

The process was very easy, I ask a lot of questions as I'm quite inquisitive and the seller was able to answer them all

The team member CHET was very knowledgeable and allowed my daughter to try out a series of beds following the analysis machine. This was useful to see how she slept and what kind of mattress she should have

Elizabeth, who was the member of staff who helped us, was extremely warm, welcoming and attentive whilst we there. I suffer with back problems, and she went above and beyond to go over the different types of mattress, the ones she felt would be best suited for me and then took me to the mattress assessment machine so that she could determine the best type of mattress. She could not have been more helpful, polite or friendly, and was completely genuine which isn't always the case with salespeople.

We were very impressed by our sales assistant who listened to our personal needs. She was also very friendly and engaged in conversation with us.

I changed my mind after paying for the mattress on my credit card and opted to go for finance which created work for Mark who could not have been more helpful.
