My visit to Dreams Solihull this afternoon was absolutely spectacular. I received 1 on 1 perfect service from Mark and his colleagues! I was greeted, me and my family were offered cold or hot drinks, i tests 5 different mattresses all with a pillow and then me and my partner took part in a sleep-match test which was a wonderful exciting experience that i have never had in a bed shop before, over all i was really please with my service and my purchase and I cannot wait to receive my new bed!!!!!

From the moment I walked through the door, the staff were on hand to help/inform me on products available and direct me to what I was after and show me a range of other products to assist with my search of a new bed. Nicole was my server during this process and was very helpful.

Very helpful, knowledgable, no pressure put on us which I like. We were left to chat about our product on our own and ask questions if we wanted. All in all very friendly.
