Greeted as soon as we walked into the store. Shown everything and given time to decide. Really liked the sleepmatch device and the the way Lauren gave us pillows with covers to use as we moved around the store. Also we were given water to drink as we expored the store looking for our dream bed. A very enjoyable experience and a very successful visit because we got what we went for. Perfect. 10 out of 10 and many thanks to your store assistant Lauren who was amazing.

Chris was great. I had intended to buy the bed frame from another supplier and to purchase the mattress later that day online, however I was so impressed by the experience and how knowledgable he was that I ended up buying everything from you there and then.
