The staff were extremely helpful, in terms of talking through the options with each of the beds we looked at, and then with helping our children chose the right mattress for them.

The sales advisor was very polite and professional explaining the different products available without being pushy at all. We were offered a mask and gloves and use of gel etc on entry and coverings were put on all mistresses we tried. We would happily recommend the store to anyone.

Christopher at Solihul was amazing wr fid both a zoom then a visit. He looked after us both times. He really understood our needs and had huge product knowledge. Nothing was too much trouble. We were blown away by his customer service
