We first of all visited your Kings Heath branch and a very friendly and helpful lady called Elizabeth kindly offered her assistance, we decided to go to your larger branch in Solihull to be able to look at the full range. Chris again was very friendly and helpful and went above and beyond to assist us. Nothing was too much trouble, that much so he went out the back and found us the bed we was after and opened the packaging to show us.
